Urban Gardening Food for Thought
One in six of our Los Angeles neighbors is food insecure, not knowing where their next meal will come from. Living in LA, you also know that space to grow a garden is scarce and many in our city do not have access to fresh fruits and vegetables. Being a member or friend of WPC, you know that these issues matter to us! Join us today in Hoffman Hall at either 10am or 12:30pm to learn more about urban gardening. Our presenter is Rae Huang, M.Div., interim director of Give Urban Farms, a non-profit urban farming organization born out of our Presbytery. We hope you will join us for this inspiring discussion.
