Each year in the spring, members and friends are invited to make a pledge (estimate of giving) for the coming program year (July 1, 2018-June 30, 2019). Jesus said, “Where your treasure is, there your heart will be also (Matthew 6:21). Making a pledge is a spiritual discipline in which we intentionally and prayerfully consider how we use our financial resources. The Session of our church determines our ministry priorities and sets the annual budget based on the pledged commitments offered by the congregation.
We are grateful for every person who is able to contribute to our shared mission and ministry. Quarterly and year-end statements are sent to all who give. If you would like to make a financial commitment or gift to the church, please use the links below.
Methods of Giving
Gifts to the church can be made in a number of ways.
Whichever method you choose, know that each gift is deeply appreciated and will be well-used to support the mission and ministry of Westwood Presbyterian Church.
Why WPC is Important to Me
Natalie and I came from different religious traditions and had been talking about joining a church for some time, but only started seriously looking when Elizabeth was born. We were moved by WPC from the moment we set foot in the sanctuary. Finding a community of faith that warmly embraces its members and the broader community with compassion was a real blessing to us. We look forward to the music, the preaching, and the friends we find every Sunday at WPC. We also know this vibrant community doesn’t happen by accident; it takes tremendous effort by both members and staff. We are proud to support WPC with our time, our energy, and our financial offering.
