The WPC Board of Deacons will present a ”Healthier Living Workshop” in a six week series on Wednesdays from 5:00-7:30pm in Hoffman Hall beginning September 18 and ending on October 23.  The workshop sessions are designed to support self-management of ongoing health conditions such as arthritis, heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, lung disease, cancer, Parkinson’s, and others and provide tools for living a healthier life.  The workshop and all materials are provided at no cost.
