This Sunday, January 31 at our next Parenting Well session, we're delighted to host a conversation with Dr. Seth Shaffer (Psy.D.) about how to care for and thrive with adolescents during this time of crisis. Dr. Shaffer has worked with children and adolescents in a therapeutic capacity for over 10 years. He received a doctorate in clinical psychology from the American School of Professional Psychology at Argosy University (Washington, D.C.) with a focus on the effects of mindfulness-based techniques in therapeutic contexts. Dr. Shaffer has a wealth of experience working with families from diverse backgrounds and with children and teens who have autism, ADHD, behavioral difficulties, anxiety, social challenges, anger-related challenges, and trauma-related issues. Join us this Sunday from 2:00pm-3:30pm as we learn how to walk in harmony, love, and balance with our teens and preteens during this difficult time! It's not too late to sign up.
