Ash Wednesday Online Service
Wed, Feb 17th 7pm - 8pm
From your home your home your city, your state your zip

Lent begins this Wednesday, February 17. While we cannot worship together in person, we will still mark this sacred day with worship. Our service will include scripture, prayer, meditation, and Holy Communion. In addition, we will invite you to set aside two pieces of notecards, ribbon, or paper for the service. We will be taking time to discern what keeps us from living fully into God’s promises, and what practice would help us align with what God calls us to be.   The setting aside of Ash Wednesday is “a public expression of repentance and of our human frailty that stands in the need of Christ,” according to Tertullian, an early church theologian. Lent is also a reminder of the time Jesus spent praying and fasting in the desert before assuming his ministry. What will you be seeking in the 40 days of Lenten prayer and meditation? Join us for our online worship for our Ash Wednesday Service at 7:00pm. Click the "Online Worship Service" button below to watch the latest service video and follow along.
